Without regular, proper maintenance, drains and grease traps can become major sanitation problems for food preparation establishments. Backups and odours that often accompany poorly maintained grease traps result in kitchen down time and costly cleanups.

Using two strains of Pseudomonas bacteria, developed specifically to aggressively breakdown oils and greases, BioAmp can drastically reduce grease build up in grease traps and keep drain lines free of accumulation. Because BioAmp dispenses only vegetative bacteria, oil and grease are completely digested rather than liquefied and sent down stream.
